A program for women who are having their first baby. When enrolled the program pairs the women with a specially trained nurse who will visit with them throughout their pregnancy and as they parent until the child turns two years old. Nurses are specially trained and will help with this exciting and scary part of life. Nurses will help the women learn how to have a healthy pregnancy and be the best parent for their baby.

ACHIP is a Lehigh Valley Children's Hospital home visiting program for pregnant women and families with children (birth to age 5) who live in the downtown Allentown area. ACHIP promotes health and well-being, addresses health needs and connects families with the community resources they need.

Access to healthcare for women regardless of their ability to pay. Certified Nurse Midwives provide obstetrical care for women who are uninsured and underinsured. Also provides childbirth classes, breastfeeding guidance, post partum depression screening, nutrition education, and case management.

WIC provides low-income pregnant women, new mothers, infants and children under age 5 who are nutritionally at-risk with nutritious foods, nutrition and health education, breastfeeding promotion and a referral system for health and social services.

Provides medical services such as AIDS/HIV testing and counseling, birth control, STI testing, prenatal care, parenting classes, and other clinical services.

Provides physical, emotional and instructive nursing, medical social work support, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapy when needed for mothers and their children. Offers pre-and post-natal care and instruction, assistance with infants and children up to age 18, will skilled medical needs. Provides care that include assisting caregiver with IV medications or tube feedings or providing ongoing in-home therapy.

Offers a home visiting program for first-time mothers. New mothers enroll early in their pregnancies and are seen on a regular basis by a nurse home educator. The visits continue through pregnancy until the child is two.

Provides nurse home visits to eligible first-time mothers early in pregnancy until child is two. Nurse sets goals with mom to ensure healthy pregnancy and healthy child.

Offers prenatal and postpartum home visits to help with questions or concerns about pregnancy and the baby, social gatherings such as picnics, play and support groups, and information on care, development, health and safety for the child.

This project is designed to foster community strengths and individual self-sufficiency by facilitating integration among family planning, prenatal and pediatric services, and helping ensure both continuity and convenience of care for project area residents.

Provides primary family medical care for all ages. Services include women's health, pregnancy care, chronic disease management, nutrition services, urgent care, LGBTQ+ community care, immunization clinics, health counseling, education, guidance, and referrals for speciality medical care.

Birth center, home or hospital deliveries by certified nurse midwives. Also provides prenatal care, postpartum and newborn care, natural childbirth classes and well-women gynecology care. Free pregnancy testing. Consulting Physicians: Ephrata OB/GYN

Provides intensive outpatient programming for women with therapy, pre and post-natal support, group therapy, evaluations, assessments, and medication management.

Provides prenatal services to complement any needed by obstetrician. No OB on site.
