Offers services for individuals with substance use disorders. Provides screening and level of care assessment for substance use disorder, referral to treatment, and support until admission if space is not available in an appropriate setting immediately. Care management includes connections to other human services (through warm hand-offs), information and education about treatment options, peer support, and coordinated linkage to treatment and/or services. Also offers a Safe Place to Stay providing food, shelter, and professional support while individuals are waiting for appropriate treatment placement in the community.

Provides assessments, outreach, sober recovery related events, resume building and job search assistance, Life skills groups, and Self-help meetings.

Plans, coordinates and administers drug and alcohol services for the tri-county community, especially the un-insured or under insured. Centralized intake service conducts an assessment interview to determine the proper treatment protocol for an Individual based on degree and severity of drug and/or alcohol use, as well as his/her medical, social, family, educational and vocational history. All of the Commission's inpatient and outpatient treatment services are provided through contracts with various providers.

Provides prevention tools to deal with the issues of under age drinking, other drug use, risky and impaired driving and other destructive decisions.

Offers drug and alcohol use disorder prevention, education, treatment, and case management services. Also provides materials, presentations, and technical assistance to Student Assistance Teams in Northampton County school districts by coordinating services for students who may be at risk for alcohol and/or drug abuse.

Provides case management for parenting women who are at high risk of alcohol/drug abuse

Offers medical services. Offers Intensive Case Management services such as drug and alcohol treatment, support groups, child care services, parenting skills development, transportation needs, housing, educational/vocational, mental health, life skills, and home visitations.

Provides services such as Naloxone distribution, safe syringe disposal, linkage to HIV and HCV testing, and advocacy for people who use drugs.

Offers adult substance abuse counseling on an outpatient and intensive outpatient basis. Provide a comprehensive assessment, referrals, drug and alcohol education, and individual and/or group counseling. Also provides aids to prevent addiction in the first place. Offers Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) for Opioid Addiction. Physicians use Suboxone and Vivitol at treatment modalities.

Services include: Student Assistance Programs, Casemanagement, Inpatient Detoxification, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Halfway House, Partial Hospitalization, Outpatient Counseling, Information Regarding HIV/AIDS as well as Treatment Programs designed specifically for pregnant women and women with children.

Provides clients with the resources to enhance the process of recovery by lessening the stresses of early recovery and allowing for a deeper and more meaningful aftercare program. Primary services ensure the following emergent needs are cared for: detoxification, prenatal care, perinatal care, or psychiatric service.

Provides recovery support services in the form of Recovery 101 groups, recovery life skills, recovery planning, recovery management, and Buprenorphine care management. Offers care coordination, one-on-one sessions, client monitoring, referral, recovery planning, support groups, and mentoring.

Provides support to individuals and families who are at risk of experiencing homelessness, housing instability, and/or food insecurity. Provides a day shelter providing an immediate and temporary place for individuals and families experiencing homelessness to stay during the day hours while they seek to regain permanent housing stability.
