Access to doctor visits, emergency visits, labs, x-rays, and other testing are eligible for discounts. Serves residents in four counties: Adams, Lancaster, Lebanon and York. HealthyCare Card (HCC) is a program of Healthy Community Network (HCN). HCN is a collaboration with Health care providers and social service agencies who are committed to working together to improve access to healthcare services for those in our region who are uninsured or under-insured. A person must enroll in health insurance if eligible for it. (For example: Medicare, Medicaid or commercial insurance through a job.
