Provides financial reimbursement to the caregiver when needed supplies and respite care have been purchased. Consumers in this program need two or more activities of daily living impairments to qualify. Grandparents age 60 and over caring for their grandchildren who have additional related expenses also qualify.

Services include reimbursement for out of pocket costs associated with caregiving related services and supplies, education, training, counseling, respite care and more. The program supports individuals who want to live at home but need help with daily activities such as meal preparation, bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and/or personal care. It is designed to ease the burden for caregivers who are overwhelmed with helping their loved one, managing their own family, and possibly work responsibilities as well.
